Access Point
If we have a vacancy at either house, we inform the Access Point office and they forward an application to us. If the applicant requires the type of supportive housing we offer and fits the criteria, we then contact that individual for an interview.
Please note all applications to Eden Community Homes are processed by the Access Point office.
Click this link for an application form: www.theaccesspoint.ca. With this new application form, applicants can apply for both supportive housing and/or case management and/or ACT services. The applicant and/or referrer can submit an application online and get immediate confirmation of receipt of the application form.
Please note: We require professional referrals with ongoing community case management. Applicants must be physically well enough to climb stairs, as the houses are not wheelchair accessible.
