In keeping with the original program requirements of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care we can only accept applications from our partnership agencies.

At this time, our partnership agency is the Hostel Outreach Program of Community Resource Connections of Toronto. Our agency will offer a vacancy first to our partnership agency, but if it cannot be filled through that agency, it will be offered to other applicants.

The criteria are as follows, applicants must:

• be women and over 16 years of age with a recent history of homelessness
• have severe and persistent mental health problems
• be willing to participate in a rehabilitation and recovery-focused program
• be able to thrive in a congregate living situation
• require the degree of support offered by the program

Hillholm House

Residents are selected according to Ministry of Health and Long Term Care guidelines and Hillholm House program criteria.

Applicants must:

• be over 16 years of age
• have severe and persistent mental health problems
• be willing to participate in a rehabilitation and recovery-focused program
• be able to thrive in a congregate living situation
• require the degree of support offered by the program

Inquiries may be made by anyone, but an application must be filled out by a professional mental health worker in conjunction with the applicant.
