Please note all applications to Eden Community Homes are processed by the Access Point office. When filling out an application you can choose between 3 or 4 housing providers.
If we have a vacancy at either house we inform the Access Point office and they forward an application to us. If the applicant requires the type of supportive housing we offer and fits the criteria we then contact that individual for an interview.
Please note:  We require professional referrals with ongoing community case mangement.  Applicants must be physically well enough to do stairs.
