Eden Community Homes is a supportive housing agency that offers permanent housing to adults with challenging mental health issues. We are funded by Ontario Health and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
We are operated by a non-profit volunteer Board of Directors, consisting of people who have had experience with the mental health field – either by being a service user, a provider, or a family member.
We are also a registered charity.
